A neighboring building to our Ever-Pretty US headquarters caught fire in a massive 4 alarm blaze last Sunday 2/2/20. More than 100 firefighters worked tirelessly to put out the fire within 4 hours. Luckily no injuries have been reported. The local media KTLA5 also reported this news, you could click here to know more details.

Our building was saved but one of the walls was badly damaged, we are currently without electrical power and unable to access our facility or delivery. If you have tried calling us you will not be able to get through. Please email us at customerservice@ever-pretty.com as we are still able to answer emails.

Please note that this may cause some shipping delays and at this time we are not able to guarantee expedited or 2rd day air delivers.

 

Here is our temporary shipping and return adjustment plan:

  1. If you placed your order on February 1-4, all products will ship directly from our warehouse in US;
  2. If you placed your order after February 5th, all products will ship from China by air delivers, and the handling time may take approximately 7 days;
  3. We will process your return once we receive the logistics information of your return package. Please make sure you keep your return tracking information so you can provide to us. At this time we are unable to process exchanges and all returns will be processed for refunds.

 

We expect that this should be resolved as soon as possible and we will be back to normal operations.
