Feb 12th to Feb 19th. We will not reply you in time. Items
purchased during Feb 12th to Feb 19th will be shipped after our
vocation.So please pay before 12:00 AM Beijing time of Feb 11,
and the items will be shipped as soon as possible. If payment is
cleared later than Feb 11, the items will be shipped on Feb20.

I sent a mail a week ago in relation to returning one of my purchases from your company
I've heard nothing back and do not want this item and would like my money returned to my account.
I see that your holiday doesn't begin until Feb 12th giving you plenty of time before your festivities begin.
